Got a Question?

A Divorce Coach provides emotional, practical and strategic support before, during and after a divorce or breakup. I help you manage your emotions, gain clarity, communicate effectively, and make confident decisions – so you can navigate this chapter with strength, dignity and calm.

Counselling often focuses on healing the past.
Divorce Coaching focuses on your present and your future.

I help you regulate your emotions, understand your options, prepare for difficult conversations and take clear steps forward. Coaching is structured, goal-based and practical – designed to help you move forward rather than stay stuck in the story.

I support anyone going through a divorce or relationship breakdown, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or background.

Not at all.
I support clients who are:

  • Considering separation
  • In the early stages
  • In the middle of the legal process
  • Dealing with high conflict
  • Finalising arrangements
  • Rebuilding afterwards

Whether you’re at the beginning or the end of your journey, coaching can help.

Most clients begin within a few days. After your free 20-minute consultation, we’ll arrange your first session at a time that works for you.

Each session is completely tailored to you, but often includes:

  • Understanding how you’re feeling
  • Exploring options and next steps
  • Learning emotional regulation tools
  • Preparing for solicitor or co-parenting conversations
  • Creating a clear, manageable plan

You’ll leave each session feeling clearer, calmer and more capable of moving forward.

Yes. I provide 24-hour assistance for sudden or emotionally overwhelming situations.
(After-hours support is charged at the rate listed on the Packages page.)

Yes. I teach practical strategies to help reduce conflict, improve communication and make interactions more manageable – especially during high-stress moments.

Absolutely. I guide you on how to communicate with your children in an age-appropriate, sensitive, and non-blaming way. I also help you create structured, workable co-parenting plans.

No, however, my background as a former Solicitor means I can:

  • Help you understand the process
  • Prepare you for solicitor meetings
  • Help you stay emotionally centred
  • Save you unnecessary legal costs by keeping discussions focused

I do not give legal advice, but I help you navigate the emotional and practical side of the legal journey.

Every situation is different.
Some clients only need one or two sessions for clarity.
Others benefit from ongoing support throughout the divorce process.
We will always work at a pace that feels right for you.

Yes. Everything discussed is completely confidential and handled with sensitivity, respect and professionalism.

You can choose:

  • Telephone
  • Video call
  • Face-to-face

Whatever is most comfortable for you.

You can still work with me.
Therapy supports your emotional healing.
Coaching helps you make practical, confident decisions and handle day-to-day challenges.
Many clients choose to have both.
